The no-fat approach to use digital ad campaigns to achieve growth for your KEY business drivers.

We manage a wide range of ad campaigns including paid search, display ads, social media advertising, and remarketing across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

Depending on your plan, ad campaigns are reviewed and optimized at least bi-weekly, with more frequent adjustments depending on your spend, performance data and goals. vestibulum class augue himenaeos ornare.

Part of our ethos to service AlphaScale clients in the leanest way possible means there are no dedicated 24/7 account managers sitting around awaiting your call. (This keeps plan costs as low as possible.) All plans feature a ticketing system, with an urgent option for any issues that need immediate attention.

After sign-on, AlphaScale reviews your paid ad journey (ad creative and content) for suitability. We will point out any anticipated impediments for conversion and suggest variations to help test your key messages in a data-driven way. While we do not create ads and other content (our expertise is in traffic, measurement and optimization), we can offer guidance on creative/content prior to the campaign start, and occasionally have a 3rd party we can refer if needed.

Strategy changes are based on continuous performance analysis, client feedback, and market trends, ensuring the campaigns remain aligned with your business objectives.  If the Key Result (your alpha) needs to change mid-flight, we might recommend pausing campaigns to re-align.

Under various iterations, we have been managing digital ad campaigns for over 18 years, with a track record of improving client ROI across various industries. Over 400 clients, thousands of campaigns and over $150 million in media managed.

Our team holds certifications from Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and other industry-recognized programs. Really though, the most important "credentials" we have is experience. No certifications can match the impact of having gone through algorithm changes (x1000), delivery issues, creative fatigue, tracking problems, conversion issues, bots/click fraud, aggressive competitors, and more.

Ok, two part answer.

First, we'll always match you with an analyst/team with industry experience. This includes retail, non-profits, professional services, technology, e-commerce, real estate, small business, education, software, consulting, B2B, events, food & drink, alcohol, cannabis, sports nutrition, gaming healthcare, and more.

Secondly, you are (ideally) the expert in your sector and business. The AlphaScale methodology, tools and execution uses your insights to identify opportunities for scale and where to find (and not find) growth.

Our team regularly participates in training and webinars, subscribes to industry newsletters, and engages in professional groups to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Plan Questions

Onboarding, Contracts, Plans

Onboarding involves an initial consultation to understand your business and goals, followed by a comprehensive audit, and then the setup of your campaigns and introduction to the AlphaScale system.

Our contracts start with a minimum duration of three months to allow enough time to see meaningful results from the campaigns.

Customers can terminate services with a notice period, typically 30 days, as outlined in our service agreement.

Yes, customers can switch between service tiers depending on their evolving needs, with adjustments made to accommodate new strategies and budgets. Contact us.

Typically, it takes 2-4 weeks to integrate and launch a campaign using the AlphaScale framework but timelines may vary based on complexity.

The monthly management fee covers all aspects of campaign setup, ongoing optimization, monitoring, and basic reporting. This ensures your campaigns are continuously adjusted for performance.

Additional charges may apply when expanding to more ad channels or significantly increasing ad spend, as these require additional management resources and strategies.

The integration fee includes a comprehensive audit, the review/creation of ad accounts, initial campaign configuration, keyword research, and the setup of tracking and analytics tools.

Fees will be adjusted proportionally for the increased ad spend for the remainder of the month, ensuring that management costs align with your current investment level. (The Enterprise plan is a flat monthly fee, so we would recommend opting for that should you need the ability to rapidly scale up mid-flight/month).

While there’s no strict minimum, the AlphaScale method recommends starting with at least $5,000 in ad spend to ensure sufficient reach and data for optimization.

All plans feature real-time dashboards which unify all reporting across channels in a focused way. Depending on your plan, you will also receive detailed performance reports from weekly to monthly, with custom insights annotated.

Depending on your primary objective, each tailored dashboard include metrics for traffic delivery, visitor engagement, ad performance, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and other key performance indicators.

Yes, customers can access real-time data through a dashboard that provides up-to-date analytics on all active campaigns.

At the start, we'll ask you what matters the most. Sometimes it's just one metric, most often it's a set of linked metrics. These predefined objectives will be tailored in your real-time reports to show you ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.

We regularly analyze campaign data to identify trends and make data-driven adjustments to strategies, optimizing for better results continuously. These are communicated to you. While we advise against switching strategies mid-flight prior to hardened data (statistically significant), sometimes it's necessary and we will initiate those discussions. You can open a ticket and provide us with thoughts at any time.

The AlphaScale dashboards are customized to the metrics that matter for you at the start of a campaign. Minor requests along the same major KPIs can be made. We advise against switching strategic objectives mid-flight as that almost never works out.  Pausing/ending a campaign and re-structuring usually tends to be the wisest course of action.

Yes, we're always on the lookout for experienced analysts. If you've had at least 5 years of cross-channel campaign management (or have managed over $1 million in ad spend across Google AND Meta), please drop us a line.

All client data is handled with strict confidentiality and is protected with industry-standard data security.

Your data is never shared or used for anything other than your campaigns.

You can request a full delete at any time and all data is purged from our servers forever after termination.  Note: aggregate metrics feeding into our systems are real-time and will be untouched. Your metrics' contribution to these dashboards are anonymized prior to being processed.

We believe the AlphaScale method is one of the best teachers out there - through experience. Seeing our analysts in work, providing insights and optimizations from data patterns teaches in a really hands-on way. If you have plans on building a team and in-housing ad operations, AlphaScale could be the best way to start.

Post-campaign, you have a choice to extend/renew. We also offer a 6-month period to download your metrics (and learnings). Your AlphaScale blueprint is a data-driven framework for scale and real unbiased evidence for your organization on what matters the most: audiences, messages, creative and conversion.

Yes, there are some cases where the AlphaScale method and customer experience may not be the best fit.
